Welcome To Whippany Park High School 2012 Project Graduation Website
Project Graduation provides all Whippany Park High School graduating seniors with a safe, substance-free, fun filled event at Drew University the evening of graduation, June 22, 2012. It is a wonderful way for the children to celebrate this milestone with their friends, and runs from about 9:30 PM until 3:00 AM. The night is filled with professional entertainment, games, food and fun for all!
Project graduation receives some funding from the town and other organizations, but requires significant additional fundraising and donations to make this event possible. To help offset the cost of this celebration, we ask that every family from the Class of 2012 donate $50.00 towards Project Graduation. All checks should be made payable to Project Graduation – - Class of 2012 and forwarded to Whippany Park High School, 165 Whippany Road, Whippany, New Jersey 07981, Attn: Project Graduation 2012.
As we have many upfront costs including down payments for the venue and the entertainment company, we need your donation as soon as possible. We would also welcome additional contributions from your place of business, family members and local businesses. As a non-profit organization, it’s a perfect fit for Company matching opportunities.
In addition, we need VOLUNTEERS … and lots of them to make this event one the kids will remember forever! Check out our CALENDAR tab for our next organizational meeting. We hope that you can attend one of our meetings, but if you can'’t, please email or call one of the COMMITTEE chairs to discuss how you can help and get involved.
